In the summer of 1984 Rod Stewart came to Vancouver during his world tour for the album Camouflage.
Angie is his #1 fan. Forever and Ever!
When tickets went on sale she was on the phone first thing but a constant busy signal kept her in tears as she tried over and over to get through to Ticketmaster. All the while cursing her father who wouldn’t let her camp out overnight at the box office. Alas she had to get ready for school before she got through and the concert sold out before she even arrived. Heartbroken she cried most of the day. When she got home that afternoon she was overjoyed to learn that another date had been added and tickets were aquired for the whole family!
This is Laura and Angie about to leave for the Pacific Coliseum at one of only six dates with Jeff Beck.
