Week Five: Block A11

I find it patently ridiculous that a 4.5" square block is made up of 17 separate paper pieced sections. That is just too much in so little space. Shame on you Jane. Shame.

Ignore the numbering I printed two but cut out the wrong one. /sigh

Seventeen! 17!

This is also the block with inset seams. I have seen the block re-drafted so there are no inset seams but I prefer the "original" block. Therefore I will just have to suck it up and get it done. I hope it doesn't go wonky on me because I can predict I will not want to re-do this one.
